The Prout Bridge Project is run by Paula Tuff. Paula has been a youth worker for 39 years and managed a full time centre for 10+ years. Paula is supported by Tony Street, our Youth & Community Manager, who joins us after working with adults with learning disabilities for the past 12 years.

All our youth workers hold (or are working towards) a level 2 or level 3 youth work qualification. All our youth workers and volunteers are DBS checked and adhere to our safeguarding and health and safety policies.
