Emma Lancaster
Emma is the new Director for Prout Bridge Project. She has been working locally with children and families for over a decade and brings with her a passion for supporting young people and the wider community. Emma is supported by Paula Tuff, who will be focusing on youth mental health and Tony Street, our Youth & Community Manager.

All our youth workers hold (or are working towards) a level 2 or level 3 youth work qualification. All our youth workers and volunteers are DBS checked and adhere to our safeguarding and health and safety policies.
